Overview

Because every step in production is critical, we practice Total Quality Management (TQM) throughout our company. Careful procedures ensure that every engineer and machinist maintains the continuity and quality of your part at every stage of production.

You can measure the quality by the optimum tolerances that we achieve. You can also see the quality in the highly refined finishes that we apply to every part - finishes that go far beyond the ordinary. And, you can see the quality in the cleanliness of our facilities. In fact, some of our parts have gone directly to the clean-rooms of our customers.

Finally, we test every part extensively to make sure it meets customer specifications. Our testing facilities are some of the most advanced available. Our collection includes a large-capacity, computer controlled coordinate measuring machine, and a vacuum-leak testing facility with a helium mass spectrometer and a series of vacuum pumps able to test small parts and large chambers.

At A&A Industries we constantly review our entire quality process and use regular feedback from our customers to refine and improve everything we do. Because we are proud of our quality workmanship, we always look for ways to make it better.
